The Staggered Tapered O-Ring Method (S.T.O.R.M) uses soft silicone orings to gently place tension on the skin. The very popular method is easy to use, adjusts as the skin grows, and is more discrete than some methods.
The file includes instructions and diagrams giving an overview of O-Ring foreskin restoration. http://www.apollotechonline.com/pdff...estoration.pdf . |

I started using O rings 6 weeks ago. I estimate I am at CI3. When I started I could hardly hold 1 O ring, now I'm using 3, so I assume the skin has been loosening.
Sometimes when not wearing the rings, in some positions, my skin has started to cover part of the glans (i.e., lying sideways). What I wonder is if keeping with the multiple O rings is a good idea, or how it compares to other methods such as tugging or double tension, in terms of results. Any ideas? Thank you. |
